ORDER AND PAYMENT

Order confirmation

We always confirm when we have recieved your order.

Price

The price that is listed on the day of the purchase is the valid price.

All prices listed are including VAT.

Delivery outside the European Union- If you live outside the European Union you might have to pat duty fees upon recieving the package. Please contact us at info@najell.com for a price in your currency. For specific VAT and taxes in your country please contact your local customs office. For deliveries outside Sweden freight is not included.Please contact us at info@najell.com for the cost of freight to your location.

Personal information

By making an order you approve that your information is stored. We will only use your information to complete your order. We guarantee that we will never give a third party access to any data.

DELIVERY AND FREIGHT

Delivery time

We deliver your package within 2-3 days in Sweden. The package will be at service station near you. For international orders delivery time is around 7 days.

Cost for freight

Freight is included for orders with the borders of Europe. International orders freight is excluded.

Returns

You have 14 days free returns according to Swedish law. The 14 days starts when you recieve the goods.

If you choose to return your goods within 14 days you are responsible for eventual costs for the return. Returns can not be made out as paid by recipient.

You are responsible for product loss or product impoverishment during the return. Therefore please pack the goods thoroughly.

You have the right to examine the product but it has to be returned unused with all accessories and in the original casing.

Send an email to info@najell.com with the subject RETURN and your order number. The money will be returned to your account or the invoice will be maculated within 30 days.after that we have approved the unused product.

Broken product?

We follow the Swedish consumer protection act regarding claims. See www.konsumentverket.se for more information. Always contact us before returning the goods in these cases. Send an email to info@najell.com. When we have recieved and approved the claim we will send you a new product if it is available in stock and compensate you for your expenses. If the product is not in stock we repay you your expenses for the product and the freight.

Disagreements

In case of an eventual disagreement we follow the Swedish general claims authority. More information about them at www.arn.se.
